Recently, the first set of automatic cutting robot of SAWL pipe run on and run off plate was put into use in JLSP.

The automatic cutting robot is jointly developed by JLSP and domestic automation integrators. The good cutting end face reduces the material consumption of material, effectively reduces the production cost, and the cutting end face is smoother and smoother compared with manual cutting, which greatly improves the quality of steel pipe end face.

The successful application of the equipment improved the automation level of the production line and production management level of JLSP.
